I’m very fortunate to live in a beautiful area of New England where I am just minutes from the coast. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, I wasn’t able to shoot live models or live music for that matter so I had to switch gears photographically. I turned my attention to landscapes and nature and found that I really preferred the solitude of being out at dawn capturing a gorgeous sunrise or conversely, being out later in the evening shooting a sunset or moonrise. For me, it was more enjoyable than shooting a band in a crowded club and chances were that I wouldn’t have to worry about getting sneezed or coughed on, so I stuck with it.
